1. Lawful and responsible use

You may use Random Spin App for lawful, casual activities such as classroom participation, meetings, games, events, giveaways, task assignment, and everyday decisions. You must follow applicable laws, rules, platform policies, and any commitments you make to participants.

2. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service for gambling, wagering, regulated lotteries, financial or medical decisions, safety-critical allocation, legal rights, employment decisions, or other high-stakes outcomes. Do not use it to harass, threaten, discriminate, deceive, distribute unlawful material, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, bypass abuse controls, or automate abusive traffic.

3. Your entries and shared snapshots

You are responsible for the names, text, images, settings, and other material you enter or load. Only use material you have the right to use. A Share URL contains an encoded wheel snapshot; anyone with that URL may view its contents. Review the URL before distributing it and avoid including confidential or sensitive information.

4. Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features may behave differently across browsers or devices. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, preservation of browser storage, continued compatibility with saved files, or recovery of lost data.

5. Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party services and resources, including fonts and abuse-prevention technology. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Random Spin App is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, content, availability, or conduct.

6. Intellectual property

Random Spin App, its interface, branding, original text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms allow personal and organizational use of the service but do not transfer ownership. You retain responsibility for material you provide.

7. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. Random outcomes naturally vary, and the service is not independently certified for regulated or high-stakes use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Random Spin App and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or decisions made using the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact
